by MHB
In  a unusual case, James Solakian a shareholder who owns 28% of Bible.com filed suit against the board directors of the company alleging breach of their fiduciary duty by refusing to sell the site or run the company in a profitable way and for “failing to profit from the goldmine potential of the domain name”.

Own The Original Facebook! Up For Sale!

Own The Original Facebook! Up For Sale!
http://perezhilton.com/2010-10-06-facebook_facemash_auction_precursor_mark_zuckerberg_social_network

The domain name, FaceMash.com, which was the prototype Mark Zuckerberg built in his dorm room as the precursor to Facebook, is up for auction!

Flippa is letting the highest bidder get in on the Social Network action, offering up the website that once housed a Harvard version of Hot or Not, but not just bashfully hides behind its 1,000 hits per day while Facebook dominates the Internet.

If your interested in the domain, make sure you have $8,000 lying around. That’s the current big. Actually, that’s the opening bid. Actually, no one has bid on it yet, so you might consider it a steal.

Or you might consider it a hassle, depending on what Facebook lawyers have to say about it! We’re surprised they haven’t intervened yet!

Are You Staying on Topic - or Losing Traffic?

Are You Staying on Topic - or Losing Traffic?
http://dailyseotip.com/are-you-staying-on-topic-or-losing-traffic/1099/

What’s your niche? If you’ve been writing your blog for any more than a couple of weeks then you should hopefully be able to answer that question pretty easily. But how many times have you actually stopped to review your work? As you blog, you will naturally learn new things and grow. Like-wise your blog will continuously evolve; this is perfectly normal, and it’s certainly not a bad thing.

The problem comes when you start to meander and lose focus: As you build your blog you will of course think of new subjects you want to cover, but if you stray too far from what you set out to write about you might be leaving your loyal readers behind and perhaps ruining the hard work you put into your SEO in the first place.
