There were some absolute blockbuster domain sales in 2010 and I thought it would be fun to look at what’s happened with those domains since their purchase. The top five domains sold in 2010 were all one word .COM domains which should come as no surprise.

I need a flippa volunteer

Ah, for what, I hear you ask?

I was thinking of showing you how I sell websites as part of a new course I'm working on.

It then occurred to me that it might be of much greater value to demonstrate this on one of someone else's sites
so you can see what can be achieved and to demystify the art of selling website.

So, I need a volunteer.

Someone who wants to see the magic happen with their own website, to see how I do this,

How to spot fake PR and drop it like it's hot

I like buying aged domains, well the process of buying and then renovating aged domains, to be more accurate.

I have been caught out a few times, thinking that PR4 domain I picked up for $12 was a bargain, only to discover it was as fake as Pamela Anderson's chest.

Year's First Seven-Figure Sale Tops This Week's Domain Sales Chart at DNJournal.com
http://www.dnjournal.com/archive/domainsales/2011/20110525.htm

It has been a long time coming, but finally - four and half months into the 2011 domain sales season, the year’s first confirmed seven-figure transaction has been completed. Boxcar.com/DomainConsultant.com did the honors by closing DomainName.com for an even $1,000,000. That is certainly an appropriate name to be leading any domain name sales chart so it is fitting that it is the one that broke the blockbuster ice this year.

It is the map's fault

Sometimes the map looks too dificult, so we ignore it and look for another easier route, only to end up lost.

It's not the map's fault.

It only shows you the way to get there, but it will never do the traveling for you.

A different map isn't the answer, starting the journey
